Kaliits vs Conexiom: choosing a PDF-to-ERP order workflow

AT A GLANCE
Compare Conexiom's order-lifecycle platform with a scoped Kaliits implementation for PDF order entry, revisions and the handoff to your ERP.
THE PROCESS AT A GLANCE
From document to decision
A simple review pattern to adapt to each workflow.

- DecisionRoute the exception to the responsible person.
A customer emails a PDF order, then sends a revised quantity. Choosing between Kaliits and Conexiom starts with the work your team needs to finish: identify the accepted revision, map the lines and update the ERP without creating a duplicate order.

Conexiom's documented offer
Conexiom's solutions page describes sales-order automation for manufacturers and distributors, vendor acknowledgements, and supplier-invoice matching to purchase orders. It presents these as parts of an order-lifecycle platform. These are vendor-described capabilities, not results from a Kaliits comparison test.
Conexiom: order-lifecycle solutions
Where Conexiom fits the evaluation
Consider Conexiom when the project concerns a repeatable order lifecycle across many customer formats and you want to evaluate a dedicated platform. Ask it to demonstrate your catalogue mapping, order corrections and the actual ERP connection you would purchase. A list of supported workflows does not settle how your revisions will be handled.
Where a Kaliits pilot fits
Consider Kaliits when you want to investigate a bounded gap between email, PDF orders and your current system. The pilot can be scoped around the trigger, relevant lines, revision handling, review and an agreed import or integration. The connector, delivery dates and acceptance criteria must be established for your environment.
Test a revision, not just the first order
Use a fictional order for 40 cartons, followed by a revision to 32 after some lines have entered fulfilment. Both options should show how the revised file is linked to the order, how eight cartons of change are presented, and who can authorize an update. Include a duplicate attachment and a failed ERP response. This is an evaluation scenario, not a customer outcome.
Questions before an ERP commitment
Which application owns the accepted order? How are customer item codes mapped to catalogue codes? Can the system preserve the original and revised files? What prevents a retry from creating another ERP transaction? Who supports a connector when the ERP changes? Put the answers in the proposed scope.
How to make the choice
Choose a Conexiom evaluation for the platform scope you need. Choose a Kaliits diagnostic when the priority is defining and implementing one operational gap. Compare the same inputs, review work and final ERP result. Neither option should be selected on extraction alone.
Is Kaliits a drop-in Conexiom replacement?
No equivalent platform coverage is claimed. Kaliits offers scoped pilot work, so the comparison depends on the particular order workflow and required integrations.
Which option costs less?
We have not obtained equivalent binding quotes. Compare platform licensing, implementation, ERP access, maintenance and the work your team retains, using the same volume and scope.
